We usually ship within 2-3 days of receiving the order. US Postal Service with a delivery confirmation for smaller items. This is usually more cost effective for the customer. UPS will be used for larger or heavier items.

If the product you ordered is out of stock you will be notifed through e-mail.

If a product has a specified shipping time, then this is a product we do not stock in the store. Any such products will have the specified shipping time listed on the product page.

We will do our best to fill your order in a timely manner.

Returns/Exchanges
